  • How can I register (For Customers)?
    On the upper right of the page, click sign up > Customer sign up > Add email and the password will be sent to your email.
  • How can I register (For Vendors)?
    On the upper right of the page, click sign up > Vendor sign up > Fill out the information and voila!
  • Can I order without being a member? 
    Yes, of course. But we recommend you to sign up to keep up with the updates, offers and new arrivals and of course to support your experience throughout this website. Do not worry, we will not spam you.
  • What kind of information you collect when I register?
    Your email, name, mobile number and location. You can read more of how we use this information here
  • Is your membership free?
    Membership on the Site is free. ma7llat.com does not charge any fee for browsing, bidding and buying listed items on the Site. ma7llat.com charges transaction fees to all sellers when their item is successfully sold on the Site, listing fees for classifieds and special listing fees to sellers who use the special listing feature for listing their items.
  • Can I cancel or modify my orders?
    As long as the order is not packed yet, you can contact us and we will assist you.
  • What Payment methods you support?
    MasterCard, Visa, American Express. COD service is available within UAE ONLY. “No cash on delivery on premium watches, jewelry, electronics”
  • How can I pay for my orders? 
    You can pay using a credit card. If you are inside UAE, you can pay upon delivery of your item.
  • How many days will it take for my order to be delivered?
    Inside UAE, 2-4 days max. Outside UAE, it depends on the weight, cargo, custom clearance and other factors, but roughly, 5 days
  • What are your shipping fees for a returned item?
    Shipping fees for returned Items :
    1- Return item due to Seller’s Fault (Item is not as described – item defective … etc.)
    A- If the buyer claimed Within the 15 Days of the date of delivery
    -Ma7llat pays the Delivery Shipment Fees
    -Seller Pays the Return Shipment Fees
    -In case the submitted return request by customer is not approved by Ma7llat and the customer rejected to receive back the unit, Ma7llat has the right after 60 days from customer’s rejection date to dispose the item.
    B- If the buyer claimed after the 15 Days of the date of delivery ( *Only if returned approved )
    -Buyer pays the Delivery Shipment Fees
    -Seller Pays the Return Shipment Fees
    -In case the submitted return request by customer is not approved by Ma7llat and the customer rejected to receive back the unit, Ma7llat has the right after 60 days from customer’s rejection date to dispose the item.
    2- Return item due to Buyer’s Fault (* Item in the original state & condition when purchased and received.)
    A- If the buyer claimed within the 15 Days of the date of delivery.
    -Ma7llat pays the Delivery Shipment Fees
    -Ma7llat Pays the Return Shipment Fees
    B- If the buyer claimed after the 15 Days of the date of delivery (* Only if returned approved )
    -Buyer pays the Delivery Shipment Fees
    -Buyer Pays the Return Shipment Fees
  • How can I redeem my coupon code?
    In the Checkout page, there is a box “Discount Code” Add your coupon there.
  • How many times I can use my coupon?
    It depends, but most coupons are used once.
  • Can I add two coupons at one time? 
    No, this is not possible unless one of them is for free shipping.
  • I got my coupon, but I am not thinking of using it now, when it will be expired?
    Most coupons are expired after 1 month. Coupons can be extended to 3 months. Contact us for help
  • I got (100 AED, 200 AED, 500 AED ETC.) vouchers, can I take them without ordering from ma7llat?
    No.
  • I have got a coupon but it is not working?
    The coupon might be expired. If it is new, please contact us.
  • What products do you have in your website?
    Ma7llat contains a wide variety of products, from electronics, fashion, fragrances, watches, home decor items, jewellery, to home kitchen gadgets and travel accessories
  • Do your products come with warranty? 
    Yes, all products on Ma7llat come with a warranty.
  • How many years is the warranty? 
    It depends on the item.
  • How can I know that this is a valid warranty?
    The warranty is valid  on the presence of serial no. of the product.
  • How can I know what the warranty covers? 
    You can read more information about this in terms and conditions (Last section).
  • Will I get discount when ordering large quantities?
    There will be no additional discounts for larger quantities
  • Can I exchange my product with another one?
    This is only possible if the product is not shipped.
  • I want to return my product, is it possible?
    It depends on vendors and suppliers and their refund policy. You can contact us with your order number and we will assist you further. No refunds or returns on watches, you still might be able to exchange them.
  • What is your buyer protection policy? 
    ma7llat.com has a “Buyer Protection Program” which seeks to assist buyers to ensure their purchase is protected against fraud by any sellers on the Site. If a buyer has purchased an item by way of any of the Ma7llat SafePay processes and never received it or received an item worth significantly less in value compared to what was described by the seller, the buyer may seek protection under the Buyer Protection Program.
  • I want to send my order as a gift, how?
    Just add the location of the receiver and under personal notes add ‘Gift’. We will take care of the rest.
  • Can I send a gift card?
    Currently, we offer e-card. A coupon code specifically made of the amount that you added. Just contact us here and we will assist you further.
